Shark Toss World Championships


Each team's Shark Tosser get 2 tosses each of the inflatable pool shark, the longest toss wins. Distance is measured from toss runway's crease to closest part of the shark once landed and stopped moving. To qualify for the World Championships the toss must meet the requirements set out in the World Champ Rules.
The World Champion wins bragging rights & the coveted World Champ Shark Toss Trophy.
Inspired by the Tunarama's annual Tuna Toss held in Port Lincoln, South Australia every January, the aim of the Shark Toss is to send an inflatable pool shark as far as humanly possible.
